4 months agoBaleadas & pupusas are SOOOO GOOD. Affordable but just note that the menus aren’t up to date and some of the things are a dollar more than they are on the menu. Still priced well but they won’t tell you about the price increase before you order, esp if you don’t speak Spanish, so just beware!!

5 months agoI am no expert on Honduran food (this was my first experience of it), but this has become my wife and I’s preferred comfort food spot. The food is great, people are kind, and prices are affordable. We will keep coming back. Our fav are the baledas con todo and horchata.

7 months agoThe food was decent but the pricing is very deceiving. We ordered two Cena Típica con Carne Asada which came with plantain, cheese, crema, egg, beans, avocado and tortillas for $16 according to the menu they handed to us. The food tasted great. However, they never served us tortillas, and when we asked they just said they were out of it while we clearly saw them making tortillas for other guests. The total for the two platters also came up to be $36 ($2 more than what the menu advertised) and they did not mention the price increase nor the availability of tortillas at the time of ordering. On top of that they charged 3% surcharge for credit card transactions which was also not mentioned upfront when we asked about whether they take credit card. We felt like we were deceived by the menu which advertised more items and lower prices than what we paid for.

a year agoOn the hunt for your new favorite go-to breakfast? Look no further than a Baleada from Rinconcito Copaneco! For those of you like me who aren’t Honduran, categorize a Baleada in the breakfast sandwich category; when you order it “todo” you get tender strips of steak, eggs, cheese, beans and avocado wrapped up in a huge flour tortilla. The fried cylindrical tacos, fried empanadas, and corn tamales are also excellent, though there are many other dishes to choose from behind the counter. Large portions at VERY reasonable prices make this a fantastic option for anyone who wants to eat a delicious, large meal on a budget. Eat in to take advantage of their very pleasant and helpful waitstaff, who will do their best to guide you (even if you don’t speak Spanish!)

a year agoI really liked their pork tamale and chicken+cheese pupusa. I didn't tried their entrees but met another customer who recommended them. Reasonable pricing. They speak mostly Spanish so it was a bit difficult for me to order food but luckily another customer was able to help me with my order. Definitely recommend this place if you're craving Honduran food.

2 years agoWhole in the wall, cash only, delicious Honduran fare at a bargain! Ordered the carne asada platter, tacos dorados, enchiladas, and a baleada and was very satisfied with it all. So good!

Edited 2 years agoI love coming here for breakfast. Their balledas are the best. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I get it with everything which is beans, cheese, eggs, bits of steak and a dash of sour cream. Beware it’s cash only.

4 years agoSalmon with yellow rice and avocado salad on side. Thank you for the man who works there who helped me in English :) Great service and Great Food especially the tortillas!! The baleadas are amazing!!!!
